Shipping policy

Azzalini ships to customers in the United States. Below is exactly how long an order takes and what it costs, with no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually 8 to 18 business days. Larger furniture items can take longer, and the estimate shown at checkout for your specific item is the one that applies. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat 18.75 USD per order, unless a different rate or a promotional offer is shown at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is what you pay.

Where your order ships from

Azzalini works with third-party fulfillment partners. Depending on the item, your order may ship from a warehouse inside or outside the United States, which is why carriers and delivery windows vary between products.

Customs, duties and import fees

For items shipped from outside the United States, customs duties or import charges may apply in rare cases, and when they do they are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control customs decisions, processing times or fees set by government authorities.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few business days to become active after the carrier scans the package for the first time.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us at azzalinidecor@gmail.com with your order number. We will trace the shipment with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will update it if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
