Refund & Return Policy

At Azzalini we want you to be happy with what you buy. If anything is wrong with your order, email us at azzalinidecor@gmail.com and a real person will answer, normally within 1 business day.

30-day satisfaction window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund or a replacement. Email us your order number and tell us what happened.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. Once we confirm the issue we will send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no extra cost to you.

You do not need to ship the item back

Our products are shipped from partner warehouses, and sending an item back across borders usually costs more than the item is worth. So in almost every case we resolve your claim from the photos you send and you keep or dispose of the item locally. We will never ask you to post an item back at your own expense, and we will never ask you to ship anything anywhere without first giving you written instructions and a confirmed address by email.

Change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refunded in change-of-mind cases.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order at no cost as long as it has not entered fulfillment, which is normally within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible and we will confirm by reply. If the order has already shipped, the terms above apply instead.

Items we cannot refund

• Personalized or made-to-order products
• Gift cards
• Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
• Damage caused by use, misuse or accident after delivery

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of approval, and your bank or card issuer normally takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post the money to your account.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights described above.
